Project completed for a local builder in Kirimoko, Wānaka. This new build uses ShadowClad cladding finished with three coats of oil-based black stain for a dark, rustic look.

Project 01

A six-townhouse maintenance project completed two years after the initial build, recoating cedar with Dryden WoodOil in a mix of colours.

Multiple units in Northlake, Wānaka. The source record describes exterior timber work completed two to three years before it was prepared; any recoat timing now requires a current inspection.

A 10-year-old cedar home in Wānaka that had not had enough maintenance. The cedar was cleaned, stripped back and restained with two coats of Dryden WoodOil.

A three to four year old cedar home cleaned and restained with two coats of Dryden WoodOil. A strong before-and-after example showing the difference proper cedar maintenance can make.

An older Wānaka home with a failing old red stain. The owners wanted a darker finish, so the walls, garage doors, soffits and fascia were tidied up and restained in a deeper colour.
