Multiple townhouse exterior maintenance
Six townhouse exteriors recoated to maintain the cedar.
This residential maintenance project covered six townhouses sitting side by side, two years after the initial build. The cedar was recoated using Dryden WoodOil, with different colours used across the homes to suit the individual exterior palettes.
The goal was to complete a maintenance recoat while keeping the natural variation, grain, and tone visible. The timing and work shown are specific to this recorded project and are not a universal maintenance interval.
